The world is changing and the seasons are too. Today there’s prediction of snow and panic has hit the grocery stores. Still, the rest of creation continues on through the instinctive patterns that cannot be avoided. Geese are migrating north and small mammals are doing their best to survive. Hawks haunt the neighborhoods looking for songbirds at feeders and maybe an occasional squirrel will be added to the menu.

While humans clean grocery shelves, Mother Nature is providing a way, even if it is through humans feeding birds or leaving cat food out for stray cats, possums, racoons and skunks. Though the ways are different, all of creation is connected.

So don’t panic, be helpful to neighbors and fellow creatures. It’s what we were made for. And the Lord God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to till it and keep it. Genesis 2:15. Peace friends.
